Shipping & Returns

Returns: Outdoor Elites has a no return policy, unless an error is ours.

1. Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition. Due to refund limitations by each manufacturer, software is non-returnable.
2. A copy of our original invoice must be included.
3. Prior authorization is required.
4. All returns are subject to 15% restock charge.
5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Exchange merchandise will go forward F.O.B. We will not accept C.O.D.s for returns.
6. Returns under $50.00 will not be accepted.

Shipping Damages:

Fed Ex: If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it to you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery:

1. Call Fed Ex for an inspection
2. Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.
3. Fed Ex will inform you what to do.
